Are the sessions live or recorded?

Our online strength training classes are live and available six times a day to accommodate your schedule. Choose from flexible time slots: 6:30 AM, 7:30 AM, and 8:30 AM, as well as 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Yes. Habuild offers a free 14-day trial with no credit card required. You get full access to all live batch timings so you can experience the classes properly before making a decision.

None at all. Classes are designed to be accessible for complete beginners while staying progressive enough for regular practitioners. The instructor offers modifications for every level, so you're never left behind.

A yoga mat or non-slip floor. Water bottle, bands or dumbbells optional. Any normal house room works, shoes (optional).

Strength exercises for legs, back, core, arms, and shoulders. Light warm-up, stretches at the end. We will start with bodyweight; and gradually you can add bands or dumbbells later (optional).
