Yes. The sessions are designed for all levels — Trishala guides you step by step, so no prior strength training experience is needed. We start from zero.
There are 7 live sessions daily — 3 morning slots (6:30 AM, 7:30 AM, 8:30 AM) and 4 evening slots (5:00 PM, 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM, 8:00 PM), each 45 minutes long.
No special equipment is required. An exercise mat or comfortable surface, a resistance band, a smartphone or laptop, and a stable internet connection is all you need.
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. No hidden charges.
